Ahh, but you seem to be a free spirit which I can be. Ultimately I'm a bit of a duality in my nature and I think this leads to some conflict. I may be a bit of a free spirit, but I'm also a misanthrope. Course it could be the matter that I started much of my life being trampled and now have made it a crusade in my life to be forthright and honest in all matters. Which makes me come off as arrogant sometimes.

So what have you been up to? You seem to have left Animepaper for a long time and I believe (in this short time since I met you) you have been more active of late.

For my current update. I was partying like crazy during ST. Patty's day and helped found a new sub-genre of Post Neoism. Ironic since I am very little artistic aspirations. At least not career oriented ones. I want to take up smithing and enjoy playing instruments, but I do those things for personal enjoyment and wish them to be untainted by financial obligations. The same for my writing.

I admit I wouldn't hesitate to share what I create for profit, but I simply would be selling a creation I would have made anyhow. I don't want to rely on my gains from the things I do for personal enjoyment. I feel it taints it in a way, but can also understand the value of Confucius' words. "Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life." I unfortunately have so many interests and I feel that I would neglect those I deem less pure.

No worries at all. Honestly I try not to edit what I type and just let it flow. Grammatical correction supersedes this in story writing, but for common speech I stay honest by not backtracking. Kind of like how a conversation unfolds. Most of the time it is lauded, but I have pissed people off as well, haha.

I can understand the love of nature and landscape. Even in this harsh world full of strife and indifference, I can't help but seeing divinity in the natural world. It reminds me of the times I would just sit upon the rocks of a field and stare endlessly at the sky and watch the trees sway with the wind.
